Your going up to New England for a game....the forecast all week calls for rain....yet Prescott only practiced once w/ the gloves in his entire career while in Dallas?

Didn't try them on during the pre-game? Coaching staff wasn't aware this was a problem he couldn't grip a wet football? Didn't forsee this being an issue?

This has to fall on Garrett. How can a head coach not have his QB prepared for this? I mean this is something they should be ready for....it's just inexcusable in my book. How can this be allowed to continue? ZERO accountability in Dallas....ZERO

"If we just do our jobs and execute, as long as we bring our helmet, pads, and cleats, we can beat any team in the history of football in rain, sleet, snow, or fire." - Jason Garrett

Lmao, thats ridiculous. I thought it was common that coaches wet the damn ball when they know theres a chance of rain...Gronk was right

thats a not even true. the sideline reporter said Garrett said it was Dak who made the decision to wear them.

Exactly....Garrett was clueless there was even an issue. That's how stupid our head coach is. He can take that Princeton diploma and burn it as far as I'm concerned....because he's got to be the dumbest nerd on the planet.

Are you really surprised?

In this situation...yeah...I am. I thought Garrett would @ least put up a fight to keep his job...but I think the writing is on the wall now....He's just waiting this thing out for it to be over. He knows he's not gonna get extended...hence he's not gonna coach. Really didn't think it would end this way....

None of this matters. We line up and beat the man in front of us. That’s the process.

As it should have been. I think this one is more on Dak than Garrett. What coach ever forces or even tells a QB to wear gloves? The QB should know if he needs them or not.

I just mentioned this in another thread. Coach Harsin pumped in humidity into the practice facility in August to prepare Boise State for Florida. Last night, after Utah State, the players mentioned that Harsin made them practice early so they got used to the cold. They have been drowning footballs for years in preparation for rainy games. Soooo, if Boise State can figure it out, why can't the richest professional sports team in the world? Dak should have known exactly what glove he needs for rainy weather and should have been practicing in it all week. It just baffles the mind.
