Fb reminded me of a pic I shared...Brought back good memories

Romo was great for this team for a long time, and was crapped on at every turn. He spent most of his prime years dragging around a mismanaged franchise with garbage OL and garbage D.

Now his successor is being crapped on at every turn as people call for Romo to come back. It's only at the point where there is a good chance he can't save the day that people suddenly want him to.

You had me until you got to the part about his successor being crapped on at every turn.

That's simply not true. Dak is not being crapped on (that would be Romo). And we still don't know for sure that he's the successor (long term).

Dak really isn't being crapped on with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions. Pointing out Dak is a rookie and he looks like a rookie against good defenses for example isn't cropping on Dak. On the other hand there are many more still cropping on Romo and he's not even out there right now.

The bar is set high for Dallas QB's as it should be. Romo had a great run but not so much in the playoffs. It's Dak's turn now and hopefully this season will be followed by many more opportunities to get into the big dance and walk away with the Lombardi.

I have not forgotten anything. I don't hate Romo, wish bad on Romo. Having said that Dak is the starting QB of the Cowboys end of story. People getting upset? I guess that is up to them, myself I support the team and the job Dak has done. It is now his team to lead

I haven't forgotten. I wish Romo had a better supporting cast some of those years where he bore all the blame but he's 36, missed most of the last 2 years, and we've found what looks to be the future at the position for the Cowboys. It's business, not personal.

Football is a funny game, sometimes. This season isn't over. You never know what could still happen.
