We know this team doesn't keep around vets with an injury and a multiyear contract. I'm thinking this might be Lee's last year and the same goes for Smith if they find his immediate replacement in the 2019 draft..

Note: I'm only keeping this consistent with their moves, regardless if I disagrees with them all. I don't want to see either gone.

Probably never their contracts especially T. Smith is team friendly since he signed so long ago. Lee's has some escalators tied to snaps-games played

We are now reloaded at LB...Lee will be expendable next year. Smith has had a long run here, but his time his short in Dallas. We will draft his replacement in 2019.

They should look for both of their replacements here in the next offseason/draft. Especially Sean Lee.

Based on how this D has historically played without Sean Lee, he's not going anywhere until somebody steps up.

I think they are this era's D. Ware and J. Witten.

They'll spend their entire or almost their entire careers with the star on their helmets.

Lee's career could end on the next snap or we might get 3 or 4 more good years out of him, but that's the longest reasonable expectation for Lee.

If Tyron's back holds up and injuries don't derail his career he could play for a long time.
