We are about to play our 16th game of the year with home field locked up for two weeks prior?

Instead of a "win your in" scenario.

Stress free weekend for sure.

Really is euphoric and kind of cool for Cowboy Nation to absorb.

As a Cowboy fan I have gotten use to living my life on the edge, so this is a little different but I can get use to it!

The stress will be back come playoff time..A part of me would rather face the Giants instead of Washington if they make it .

Cowboys completely dominated the Giants on the defensive side of the ball last game we met......yet we picked this game to be our absolute worst showing on offense.

I don't believe that will happen again.

The 07 team team looked not good the final two weeks of the season. You could tell that team peaked early. T.O had a high ankle sprain, Jessica Simpson and the whole Cabo deal. Plus the Boys beat the Giants twice already in the regular season and a third was damn near impossible with 07 Giant pass rush getting so hot at the end.

Man I'd love to get a chance at the Giants again, we are so much better than they are and I want to prove it to them

This feels like long term success to me, not saying we will win it all every year but we are going to be very good for a long stretch here. Feels like the mid 90's to me.

It feels as even or maybe even stronger than the mid 90's to me.

There is an electricity buzzing around the nation that is very strong.

Double E and Dak are about to show the entire NFL that the boys are indeed back in town.

Romo and Witten are going to get their deserved rings.

Romo as a backup..but none the less...he's about to get one.

Yeah. Let's try this a few years and see (ie, if we can get used to it). Why not. Might be fun.

It would be great if we became a perennial playoff team, increasing our chances to win the big one more frequently.

I say around the time we drafted Troy and Emmitt. So for me, early 1990s before our playoff success and sb run.

Butterflies will return in 2 weeks

I dont think the game was out of hands because of Giant pass rush, good overall defense and our overall bad defense- Da$n Jack reeves, several mistakes like starting Marion Barber and runs entirely in the first half , not ready WRs like TO and brainfart Crayten etc caused the game to get out of hand. The under a minute Td to equalize before 1st half And Crayton dropping the 3rd down pass with nothing but green in front....

It's a great feeling to feel like this in week 17. I foresee this for years to come!!

Absolute bliss!!!

My first season started in 1991, when the Lions smoked us in the Divisional game - I was crying, and my Dad promised me we'd when it the following year...

Thank the Lord for the 2016 Draft!!

...and God permitting, we'll not have to suffer way worse than 2007...

And to think, Romo went down in the preseason and we had to go into the season with a late 4th round rookie QB. Dak is currently having the greatest statistical season for a rookie QB in NFL history. Let's send him off with a Super Bowl ring.
