Change is good.

Stanback would be our 3rd option.

Garrett could always suit up if need be.

Don't laugh, but if Romo and Johnson were both injured (knocks on wood), it wouldn't surprise me at all if Garrett ended his retirement to play for Dallas with Bartel called up from the practice squad, at least until a player could be brought up to speed in the offense. Probably Jeff George or Timn Couch now that Vinny is in Carolina.

I believe Baker's in Carolina.

He knows that, hes just saying that we should have kept Baker and demoted BJ to 3rd string.

Not sure how well he would perform but I'm certain he could call his own plays :laugh1:

Dudes.... Matt Moore, not Baker. Baker was cut before training camp started...

And therefore, your posts confirming the thread starter's point...

Men, posters, rehabbers and recent parolees:

It is a sad state of affairs when the QB position is so loaded at top with Tony Romo and then falls precipitously down to Brad Johnson, a journeyman's journeyman.
Stanback?

Lads, let's not even imagine what Cowboys life would be without Romo.
Perhaps we oughtta be on the watch for a "good" second round QB in the draft? That Florida kid with that strange name I can't recall it, well he has some Romo in him.

Speculatory. Oh well.
The main thing is I enlighten you motley crew (not crue).;)

Obviously, as ANY good Cowboy fan would KNOW, we don'thave a 3rd QB. Crayton is the emergency, after that, you got me.

I wonder if Carolina would trade Vinny for one of the Cowboys draft picks. Maybe a #4?

It's not Matt Moore... he's playing for Carolina. Baker isn't here either.

We have Romo and Johnson and that's all, I think. Crayton as emergency, I'd imagine.
