How to capture vid clips from dallascowboys.com?

Does anyone know how to save the weekly game video highlight clips found at the bottom of the dallascowboys.com home page?

Try a program called StreamDown.

I just click the link and it asks me if I want to save it. do you have Firefox? IE?

I have IE. When I click the link, it launches RealPlayer. Right clicking does not give an option to save, either.

I'll take a look at StreamDown.
