First, I have no belief this team can go to a SB in the next 2 years. Too many aged out players, and inconsistency at QB

1. Bring In A 3-4 DC and make the switch - we are way better suited for 3-4. We have Hankins and Mazi in the middle, Osa, Dlaw, Armstrong, Gjolston, and Fehoko and Williams are 3-4 Ends. Micah is a perfect weak side rusher. We have fast coverage MLBs in Bell and Overshown. Fowler is a solid LOLB. Draft a CB early and let Juanyeh Thomas play more.

2. It’s Time. Trade or Release Dak -
Show the team that no one is safe and give the team a clean slate. Scare people. You do this knowing you might suck on 2024 and draft a new one early, but you’ll know EXACTLY what Trey is or isn’t by then. Backup? Starter? Let’s see. Also stop telling me there’s a no trade clause. Dak can rescind if the team helps him land a good spot

3. Invest in OL -
Go best OT and best C rounds 1-2 unless a perfect CB is there. If it’s a premium Guard, take him cause Martin is almost gone. Invest in players with longevity.

4. Get a top FA WR -
You need a legit #2. Go find your guy with your cap savings from Dak

We have for Jerry to go to the greater beyond. as long as he is the GM, there is no fixing this team. 30+ years. this is not the first off season, this is how we fix this team tread. this is the 1345th one.

what I don;t get:
1. why did we take injuries to 2 linebackers and not replace them in any way? do they have that much stupidity of hubris that they thought it was not necessary?
2. well this is more of a statement - everyone else that was supposed to win, won. we are the only favorites at home in the WC round, that lost. these coaches, players, the ENTIRE ORGANIZATION, ought to be embarrassed to their very core.

• They need to focus on the running game from both a defense and offense perspective.
• Can't pay Dak the salary he has been getting.
• Build the team from the trenches outward.
• Need fast and physical LBs that don't look like DBs.

Why do people keep suggesting we trade Dak? Dak has a no trade clause and he is not going to waive it so take that suggestion off the table. Dak knows he is going to get paid in 2024 and there is little Jerry can do about it. He also knows if Jerry lets him walk in 2025 there will be half a dozen teams willing to pay him. So why would he waive his no trade clause? Everyone get it straight. Jerry gave up all his leverage to Dak with his last contract. That means Dak gets to do what Dak wants to do, and Dak is going to want to stay, and Jerry is going to pay him to stay because he has no choice. The time to let Dak go was before he signed his current deal.

At this point, we should focus on how do we win this thing with Dak and to me that is build a real doomsday defense with a solid front 7, and run the football. To do that we need new DL and LBs and some new OL and RBs. Turn Dak into a real game manager. Take the pressure off him to be the guy.
