We all know personnel is a HUGE problem on this team, and very few of us predicted the team would finish any better then 8-8 before the season so this start should not be a huge shock to any of us. Maybe the way we were blown out in 2 games is, but the record shouldn't be.
I think we are another offseason and a good draft away from being above mediocrity. (Need HUGE upgrades on both lines as we all know)
But if the team wants to possibly make a push this year. I think these are the changes they need to make during the bye week:
Bench Bernadeau and sign Montrae to start at RG
Put Costa back at Center (Don't love, but he is an upgrade in the running game over Cook)
Replace Felix on Kick Returns for Dwayne Harris
Less Vickers. Use Murray in backfield by himself. And utilize Murray more in receiving game. (Screens, quick outs)
More blitzing and 4 man fronts. We are allowing QB's to have way too much cushion and time for receivers to get open. Let's face it nobody is a threat to get to the QB except for Ware. We need other options
