I think the penalties are also a product of our offensive line lacking mobility/agility. They have to get out of their stances quickly because they don't have the quickness to recover well. And they end up holding for the same reason.
We look at those penalties, especially false start, as inexcusable, but our linemen, especially the tackles, are just looking to make sure they get moving at the snap so they won't get beat. ... Players like Free don't have to do that because they have some leeway to make up ground with their mobility.
