I'm curious how that player will compare to the rest we've seen here.

Very interesting.


Just goes to show how crazy the draft can be. Getting an absolute bust like Shante carver and then following it up with arguably the best offensive lineman ever the next pick.

Yeah they are brilliant for taking Larry Allen but those morons had Shante Carver graded ahead of him.

Just like the super smart Patriots stealing Tom Brady by leaving him available through 5 full rounds for anyone to take.

Jimmy wanted LB James Francis the year they had to "settle" for Emmitt Smith.

I personally have found top pro players in the mid rounds when we used to do our site mock every year but I'm also the colossal idiot that would have taken Ryan Leaf over Peyton Manning.

This draft seems filled with Anthony Spencer types so that seem to be the most likely scenario....pretty good player, but fans will be split. Also probably not worth a mega contract after his rookie one is over.

So true.

Watching the draft is one of my favorite sports events of the entire year. And we sit and discuss all these picks and often even I fail to think “like half these players being taken in the first round are going to suck”.
 
We could use another HOF player.

Btw Mike’s first 3 1st round pick, Lamb, Tyler Smith, and Micah. Last two, Mazi and Guyton. Pretty strong

Jimmy also tried to trade up for Ray Agnew before he finally moved up for Emmitt Smith.

Dave Campo pretty much set the bar with Goodrich. I mean seriously, how is Campo not in the ROH?
