How will these RB'S find a rhythm? How will the carries be divided up?

Being able to play without finding a rhythm is basically a requirement for a modern RB.

You won't last in the league if it takes you multiple carries to get going.

The ones that have been here before this season will definitely be shocked if they get consistent lanes opened. They have largely been conditioned to expect contact at handoff and to angle outside hoping to get around the corner. May take them some time to not instantly brace for contact.

When the team starts slow the games are a struggle, we are awesome playing with the lead and mostly bad playing from behind.

Rico will be RB1 (even if he doesn't get the very first snap)

Disappointing if Rico is starting RB. Nothing personal but he is not a true starter in the NFL. Although I hope he proves me wrong.
I agree. He gets a chance. I just will be very surprised if he is getting a lot of carries after the first month of the season. I think he is the gap in the grouping. I was fine moving on from Zeke. He is not the same player. Although I am not too disappointed he is back. He just needs to be in a limited role. Short yardage, reliability and maybe 2-3 games where he gets hot and gets 14-15 carries. Ideally you keep him rested for late in the season. I am a Deuce fan eventhough he may or may not be an NFL player. I am fine with him being part to mix in different ways. As a third RB, who could go higher, I am fine with him in that role.

The Rico spot is where I struggle. He has like 300 yards in the NFL and I will be very surprised if he is a lead back. Maybe he proves me wrong, but that is where I think we are short.

This is what I see for him as well. I think there is going to be a few games where he's feelin it and we ride him. The rest of the time keep him fresh.. use him as needed. But any time he breaks off a couple of big runs keep feeding him until either the defense stops him or we're lining up to kick the extra point.
