How would you feel about this trade down w/ the 49ers?

30 and 56 is almost even value. You can squabble over an additional late pick, but if we get an opportunity to get an additional second in this draft, I'd take it. Last year was anomaly because it was a weak draft--very, very few teams got "even trade value."

I don't mind trading down but I'd want more to go back that far even if the value says it's fair. Plus, Sutton has a lot of question marks about some measurables and whether or not he can be the 2012 Sutton that he has slimmed down to try to become. However, I'm sure there were some other players that people would take at the Niners slot if it came to that.

I agree. Way way to early for Sutton and way to early for Trai Turner. We don't get good value in the trade down. Then where would Ahmad Dixon play? He can't play FS and we have Church at SS. i don't like jeffcoat, don't see the value there.
