I thought I heard rumblings of that a few weeks ago that there was talk he might retire but then just thought I imagined it as I had not heard anything about it since.

Should be interesting to see if they have someone in mind for the O-line coach if he indeed is retiring.

just as long as he is gone. He no longer has the energy to get it done.

The cowboy beat writers have said that Hudson Houck is NOT planning on retiring this year.

Yesterday Michael Lombardi (yeah I know he was wrong on Garrett Sunday) said Houck is retiring. I do not know if he will or won't, but yes there are rumblings out there. Houck was called out of retirement when he came back here. He intended to hang them up then, but this job was too good for him to stay retired.

I am hoping, almost preying in fact ,that this is a sign that Chryst is still coming AND bringing O line coach Bob Bostad with him. I have heard rumblings, dont know how true they are, that Chryst and Bostad are being linked as sort of a package deal.

I'm hoping Chryst is hired too. I want some younger hungry Coaches hired.

lombardi said it yesterday but the ticket doesnt have the podcast up yet of him with the musers.

If this happens, how many mock drafts have us taking Camari and Moffitt in the 2011 draft?

YEP!...Heck, Ive got us taking both of them ALREADY! :D Carimi, after we pick up an extra pick in a trade down to about 20 or so.

I think he's been retired for a few years now. He just didn't know it...........

is it called retirement when you are heaved out of the work place?

Nick Eatman said on the lunchbreak that they asked him if he was retiring and he explicitly said that he has no plans on retiring so I have no idea where this is coming from.

If indeed he does an about face on this then I'll be lead to believe that he was forced into it.
