This guy has the “it” factor. And the Cowboys made a huge blunder passing on this kid espiecially with a QB coming off two major surgeries. His arm doesn’t even work sounds like he might need Tommy John surgery. Now we’re stuck with a 40 million broken down QB. Dak’s contract will hold this team back for 4 years and he’ll be another Rg3.

let me guess….you see that the cowboys talked to the rangers and bc you assume it’s a baseball injury you are going to the most popular baseball injury surgery you know….

Not one single person has said anything even remotely close to correlating dak and needing Tommy John surgery

:lmao::lmao:
Tommy John surgery??? So, he hurt his elbow too?!?

I think you have your intepretation of the situation a bit off. Dak has a Latissimus Dorsi issue right now on his chest below his arm. Tommy John is your elbow. Recent practice videos show Dak throwing short passes to keep nimble. You can't throw at all without significant pain if you have a UCL ligament ( Tommy John) problem. Imagine trying to run with a significant strain of your ACL. The diagnosis right now is an LD strain so light work and rest is the protocol.

Refer to pics below for visual clarification.

That would be absolutely stupid to sign Dak to a huge contract than draft a QB top 10........ no Parsons on top of that or the 3rd round pick in the trade back.

If they didn't give Dak the contract than yes you draft Fields.

With Dak being signed long term i would have rather signed Trubisky to back up Dak........ he would kill it with this team if Dak was to miss time

But is He well spoken and a leader? . . . otherwise He can't touch Dak's intangible with a 10 ft pool

We could’ve had Brady for 25 million a year like the Bucs gave him and been instant contenders right now. And we could’ve drafted fields and been set for the next 15 years of nonstop contention. Instead we’re in a flux with a broken down overpaid QB. Prepare for pain. And! It’s sad because we have a decent young core with Ceedee, Parsons, Diggs, Gallimore, Wilson, Oh well. Here’s to waiting another 25 years…
