We were outplayed in every facet of the game except the scoreboard.

Hopefully, we won't have to rely on trick plays and a fumble recovery to keep the game close....but that is part of the game.

you forgot the 4th down holding call inside the 10 on our last possession. Can't believe the ref called that. Even though it was obvious and bad, I never expect to get that call, esp on what would've been the next to last play of the game.

This is sacrilege, but as dramatic as it was, I don't feel real great about that win. They really outplayed us IMO... And I'm jealous of their offense.

That Fujita sack and Spears runback was the difference today... Not sure how often you can count on plays like that.

On a positive note, we beat a good team with some vary obvious holes still in our team, so that's good news.

Me either....I wasn't happy after our win against the Eagles either.

When you have to rely on a fluke play like the INT in the Eagles game and the flea-flicker and a long run on a fumble, you know you are in trouble.

The Chiefs only made a couple of mistakes and it really cost them. They whipped our butts all game long except where it counts....the scoreboard.

I don't know how you could have watched the game and not see us get outplayed.....did we have a better offense? Nope. 501 yards to 461 yards....you can thatnk a trick play for a large chunk of that. Evidence that our offense has to rely on these things to get it done, but like I said earlier, that is part of the game.

Did we have a better defense? 501 yards allowed to 461 again....nope.

Special teams....they missed a FG and Cundiff kicked the ball into the end-zone which is what he CAN'T do in that situation....Hall was better on kickoff returns, but barely.

The only statistic that we were better on them was in punting....McBriar....our teams MVP week-in and week-out almost.

The Giants beat us on a fumble recovery for a TD. It took that for them to beat us at their home.

Yes it was a huge game. I admit when we was down 14-3, I thought it was over and almost turned the tv off. Glad I didn't.

I just hope next week against the skins we don't come out with that conservative crap like we did in the first meeting.

Yep....you have to think that the players confidence to pull a game out when behind is pretty high.

You would think that their confidence level to keep a lead in a close game would be shaken though seeing how the season has gone. 5-5 in games decided by 7 or fewer points now....most of the losses came after we held the lead.

Yes, I know, but I was just saying, whatever it takes to win, and that is the way the ball bounces. I was thinking to myself a few plays before Spears' return. Why don't our defense ever get one of those game turning plays like the Giants got. It's about time our defense got one, And if that is what is takes to win, I'll take it. Doesn't need to be the perfect offensive game.
