I thought about linking CLF to this thread but he seems to be catching enough flak in his own thread.

All the warning labels and the like that try and keep stupid people from doing stupid things are the reason the population is dumbing down.

Used to be the stupid died before they could breed.

Now they breed and make more stupid people

The first 5 minutes of that movie pretty much sums up what's actually happening

They only put warning labels to prevent lawsuits all you have to do is read the Darwin awards to know they are too stupid to read :D

From a financial/stability point of view the numbers haven't changed from the 1950's...

1% of the population is incredibly successful.
4% of the population is successful to the point where money is not a worry for them.
20% do OK, but if they missed a couple paychecks things would get rocky.
60% struggle from week to week.
15% struggle mightily to survive

That's the way it was in the 50's and it breaks down pretty much the same now.

And that's despite the ease of being able to get and accumulate (useful) information now a days in order to create some sort of unique competitive advantage for one's self.

ethios, you've been on this forum for some time now. You haven't already noticed this trend? :laugh2:

It is slightly less noticeable after the political zone got shut down. :)

I believe it's equally, if not more noticeable in it's condensed form in the fan zone.

But what was the breakdown in the hunter/gather days? :laugh2:
