4. Prior to coaching, he was a stay-at-home uncle
5. He still owes Spaulding $500 for a bar bet
6. Enjoys horse riding, checkers, and Grand Theft Auto
7. He hates Chicago-style pizza
8. He owns a “red dog”
9. His sons are named Strong, Will, & Mike

Did you know Matt Eberflus orders potato pancakes at IHOP? He also has the largest collection of Bea Arthur autographs in Texas. His uncle invented heelys. Matt also dreamed of becoming a competitive eater but couldn't due to having gout.
