(ps, it was Harvey Martin who stomped into the Skins locker and threw in a wreath. The week before the game, he received a funeral wreath, purportedly sent by the Commanders. On it said, "Sympathy for an Impending Loss."

The Cowboys went on and won that game 35-34. After the game, Martin marched into the Commanders' locker room, threw the wreath into the middle of the team while they were in their prayer huddle and yelled, "Take this back to Washington with you!"
