Hey guys here is a QB we might wanta draft we can developed under Romo if Romo doesn't work out. We draft him in the fourth to six round area.

Hunter Cantwell QB Louisville 6'4 236

By: Robert Davis
Cantwell was a backup as a freshman in 2005 but did start two games for the Cardinals. He threw for 640 yards while completing 53% of his passes for five touchdowns and four picks as Brian Brohm’s backup. As a sophomore he again backed up Brohm and again started two games, this time throwing for 700 yards with a 64% completion rate and five touchdowns to two interceptions. Cantwell did not play much last year as Brohm made it through the season healthy. He threw for just 79 yards and a pick on the year.
Strengths
Cantwell is the prototypical pocket passer. He is tall, had a sturdy frame, and an excellent arm. He is big enough to take hits in the pocket and has the arm to make every throw imaginable. He doesn’t have much experience but has shown at times the ability to carry an offense with his arm and make tight throws into coverage. He has a lot of untapped potential at the next level.
Weaknesses
Cantwell is a big project at this point. He has the size and arm strength, but that is about it. He has not played much, and his development is not what you expect from a senior. He has a slow release, locks on to receivers, and forces his throws.
Future
Cantwell entered the year as a player who could earn himself a lot of money with a big year. He has disappointed and not lived up to those expectations. He shows the arm strength and the potential to one day be a player that can play on Sundays, but it he is not consistent enough. He is all potential in the NFL, and that makes him a day two guy. He does not have enough polish to go in the first couple rounds despite the potential, so whoever gets him must be patient. If he can get with a quality coach and get some time to develop, he could be a solid developmental pick but there is a lot of work to be done.
