Hurts is predictable

Hurts isnt predictable thats why the Eagles are 8-0

i dont believe if he were to drop back in a traditional system and run 40 pass plays without the RPO the eagles would be 8-0

but i cant blame the eagles for running rpo it fits Hurts well and he's looking great doing it

It matters if you're trying to make some predictions.

Think of it this way... last year about this time, I believe there was a thread here that was titled something like "I've seen enough... Dak is the MVP". And the board rallied around that.

Do we really think that Jalen Hurts is suddenly good enough not to be figured out?

8-0 looks like his team hasn't been figured out. dak, MVP. :lmao: rush is the MVP this year.

The hard part is getting him into those situations. Their plan of running and getting the ball out fast is working. They live on 3rd and short.
 
The have 3 good receivers in Brown,Smith, and Goedart, and a good running back in Sanders, Hurts has shown great patience just taking what the defense will give him.

Exactly what his coaches said.......his accuracy this year from last is night and day which many say QBs can't improve but he's done it. BUT......having two legit top 5 WRs helps.

I have been advocating for 2 top receivers for our Qb, but many here seem to think that it’s not needed and that we are fine standing pat. I respectfully disagree and know that our WR corps scare no DC.

of course my evaluation is at odds with the Jones boys, so I know I must be on to something, lol

I agree. Dak needs to use his legs when there is open space, get what you can and slide or go out of bounds.

I liked what he did against the Bears with his legs, hopefully that continues but just in spots

Completely agree, kid was disrespected since he was drafted. He didn’t even have weapons his first year, bad o line last year, it amazing what happens when he’s given a fair shake. Everyone should recall that this is really only his second year as a starter. How would dak have been without zeke, witten, cooper, lamb, the best o line in the league his rookie year. This is what Hurts looks like when he actually has a team around him. It’s now fair to compare Dak to Hurts as both have teams around them and Hurts is given a fair shake. Do I think Hurts is better than Dak, don’t know bc only eight games for sample size. Recall he also went to the playoffs last year, which was suppose to be a rebuilding year for them.

Hurts is predictable ... yet Eagles are only undefeated NFL team at season half point ... if teams can blue print Dak Prescott , how come they have done such to
predictable Jalen Hurts ?

Wentz was behind most of that line as well. The key to Hurts stop the scheme, or get them out of it by putting a lot of points between us and them. Hurts is difficult because he functions in a system he's not a one-man team. He has executed better than I ever thought he capable of to this point. It's like he made a deal with the devil.
