There is no way Cowboys are running that same old 31st ranked hybrid defense again and losing games. If McCarthy needs to be fired then go ahead put Kellen Moore as the new HC.

If fat/ lazy McCarthy really wants to maximize the skill set of current core players on this roster as stated on the press conference, then they really need to run 4-3. He needs to keep his oversized self on the offensive side and work on improving the OL and let Quinn handle the defense.

Ever seen the Seahawks & Falcons defenses? They have a LEO LB, they have a strong side end that plays 4T. That is a hybrid defense.
