2010 Draft....we are on the board.

The BPA is TE Jermaine Gresham - OU. Do you draft him, trade the pick, or draft someone else?

If it is me, I draft him. I don't care if we have Witten and Bennett already. 3 awesome TEs would give us so much versatility on offense, especially in the red zone.

I am just curious as to what some of the other posters on this site would do in this situation.

Witten and Bennett - one of the best TE's in league

nope not when we need a LT badly - Flo will be done in two years
some think Free can play - I have not seen yet

or take Dez Bryant if Austin does not do as good as I think he will

or you take one of the top safetys

No you do not draft him unless it is with a pick in the 6th or 7th round and we know that will probably not happen.

You can try to trade down a few spots or you take another player that is about the same value but at another position.

Teams know other teams' needs too so if that happens, all of your guys are gone, and Gresham is there, you should be on the phone with teams needing a TE and/or who covet Gresham. Hopefully, you see your players being drafted and you are already on the phone in case your last guy gets selected before your pick.

I don't think this happened this year. I think we had some guys we wanted, Robiskie, Unger, others, and when Unger went, we were stuck. This is why we went past our time allotment and we also did not get fair value in the trade with Buffalo. We were scrambling.

I think you have to trade it. You have two of the best tight ends in the league with Witten and Bennet. You are wasting a pick and more importantly cash on a guy you don't need. There are way too many other positions we need to get more depth in.

If the BPA available in next yrs draft when we use our first pick is a RB, would you draft that position too?

No of course not.

We have absolutely ZERO need for another bigtime talent at TE.

I would pass I think you draft the BPA that fills a need.
