Fire Wade Phillips and hire a real coach. My first choice would be Jeff Fisher but since he's not available I'd probably hire Holmgren. He'd help Romo tremendously.

I'd first start by cutting Proctor and Brad Johnson. Once that is done I will hire an assistant O coordinator. Someone with a lot of experience kind of how we brought back Dave Campo. I'd fire Brian Stewart and the ST coach. Hire a new ST coach and fill back up roles with the draft.
