First off, I'm not giving up on the Cowboys this season. It is way to early. And even if they lose, I will pull for them week after week.

However, I - like a lot of you, am fed up with our coaching situation. So what do you do AFTER the season is over? Who should we go out and grab? Head coach, o-coordinator, d-coordinator, et cetera? I'm curious to know what everyones take is.

I guess that depends on the season and the final results. If this club does turn it around why would I look to fire the coaches? On the other hand should the team continue to play poorly then there very well could be a change.
