I’d rather trade my first 3 picks for Bijan than to draft LaPorta

Strangely enough, I'm actually kind of OK with LaPorta. We're not getting a premier guy at 26, and he is one of the players I feel most confident about. The value sucks, but it's kind of a wash at 26

I think Musgrave is a better raw talent than LaPorta, but LaPorta had more catches last season than Musgrave did in his 4 year career. Between inexperience and injuries, Musgrave comes with XFL-washout level risk. LaPorta at least has some sort of floor.

The art of exaggeration. LaPorta is not a third-round tight end. Most have him as a second-rounder. But yes, 26 would be considered a reach. Of course, Tyler was considered a reach last year and we saw how that turned out.
