We all need to admit in some way or another, after such a great offseason, we aquired higher hopes for this team than what could be expected, but when reality sets in, you can see the truth like you do now.

We have all new guys with the exception of 2 or 3 players playing together on defense. And then several more new guys (including rookies) rotating with them even.
On offense, the line is still being juggled about with only flo and Allen a given and that has been here.

the most amazing thing about our roster I heard was that their are only three (I belive it was three) guys left from the pre-Parcells era. So basically this is a new team who needs to develop as a team.

It is unrealistic to think these guys will just come in and gel together right away.

To whom do you agree?

Time to panic if you want the team to have a Playoff birth. The NFC East takes no prisoners this year. The team has to start winning quickly if it wants to keep pace with Philly, New York and Washington. To be in the NFC North. ~~sigh~~

The "D" held them to td and 4 fg's........... Our "O" needed to put up more than 13 points and they didn't do it.....

I had this one chalked up for a loss and figured it would be ugly but it wasn't....

One thing that makes me mad is that we hardly ever get to the qb. :banghead:

+1 on the lack of a pass rush. In spite of some penalties and rookie mistakes, Ware is good for a sack a game and some pressure. He can't do it alone though.

So far, Fergie is a question mark. Maybe his ankle is still a problem. And did Spears even play yesterday?

There must be something wrong with Fergie...... I cringe when I see the rb go up the gut.... Heck, on Oakland's last possession the "D" gave up 8 yards on the first running play! The "D" is young and should improve but I don't think my old ticker can take it..... :D
