He reminds me of Salsbury. He cant just be part of the conversation. He has to be louder and crazier than everyone

I like Colinsworth, hes smart and passionate and seems to like the Cowboys. I just dont like the NBC broadcast at all. Al Michaels voice and the intro put me to sleep.

Not loving MNF either

Even w/ Joe Buck my favorite game is the FOX 1/4pm. Just feels right. And gives us plenty to dissect afterwards

Id like to start seeing a phase out of the older guys like Berman. And Ditkas awesome, but is he really keeping up w/ everything?

In the future Trey Wingo, Mike Golic, Michael Smith, Trent Dilfer, and Mark Schlareth would be a good Sunday morning show IMO

Sounds like a former Cowboys WR.

Loved when Ditka told him being loud didn't make him right.

Sorry but I have to disagree with you.

Pretty much 100%.

On everything you said.

Collinsworth isn't even liked in Cincinatti. And he played there.

 SNF is my fav. it has the best picture, sound and commentary.

I agree with SNF. It has a professional feel about it - Al Michaels might be "just a voice" but really all I want when I'm watching is a voice. Their broadcast presentation like the scoreboard and such is minimal on the screen as well, and they have great stuff from their trailer.

ESPN, on the other hand, has a gigantic bar taking up at least 10% of the screen on the bottom for the scoreboard, and about 90% of that bar is dead space.

I cannot stand Monday Night Countdown. I probably won't be able to watch that bunch. Eagle lovers. Patriots lovers. Cowboys haters.

Our only chance at the booth is Aikman and he has turned tails on the boys as of late IMO so get used to a lot of haterade. If we win some games when it counts maybe the tide will turn.

The worst thing about espn to me is their obligatory "10 minutes of some so-called celebrity schmuck" in the booth talking about his upcoming show/movie. Meanwhile, the game is being ignored. Talk about bad TV...

I hear ya, there r not much good things about any commentators, etc.

Joe Buck belongs in baseball, needs to stay there, JMO.

Aikman is good, calls it like he sees it. But I prefer Moose anytime.

as for espn, UGH... they need to replace berman with somebody that remembers to breathe as they talk. The way he keeps talking without oxygen in his lungs is annoying. And d-d-d-d-don't g-g-g-g-g-get m-m-m-m-m-me s-s-s-s-started on t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-tom j-j-j-j-j-j-j-j-j-j-jackson. This jabroni thinks he knows everything, and believes every opinion he gives is gospel. When the only thing he does is come off like the boxer from Harlem Nights.

Simms and Gumble...blegh. Simms says waaay too many things that do not make sense. I wanna take a nap when listening to Gumble.

Thats all I can think of right now.....Friday night needs to hurry up

I've said this 1000 times already but I can't help but throw my $.02 in. I think Aikman as a broadcaster is God Awful..He is boring as all heck, brings no passion what so ever, and tells you just exactly what you just seen...etc. A player scores a TD...Aikman: "That's a touchdown Joe." :ralph:

Yup. I can't stand to listen to Buck and Aikman anymore. It was a good team when Collinsworth was with them. It was more entertaining. Now it's a bore and a Cowboys hate fest.

It got so bad last year, my dad decided to turn on Brad and Babe on the radio and mute Buck and Aikman. The two second delay between radio and satellite picture was worth it.

like aikman. can't stand buck or collinsworth or simms or much of anyone else.

hated theismann.

as for the op, carter is a tool.

irvin was really annoying on the set, pulling on young's arm all them time and screaming. but, as we have seen from his hall of fame induction speech and all the stuff he does as a guest on espn and at cowboys training camp, this guy can talk up the game with passion and sincerity. really a shame he was such a dork in the pregame work.

i'd love to see irvin as a wide receivers coach -- especially for a low-profile, inexperienced group like ours.

I try to listen every year hoping something has changed but than I usually always mute it also.
