Gotta be a record.

You guys are too darn good. I might be able to stump you "in three or four years".

I'd apologize but that would be a sign of weakness.

She Wore a Yellow Ribbon.

I thought that one was safe.

But who knows what safe is.....my grandma fought Indians for sixty years then choked on a lemon pie.

You mean they made another one? How could anyone think they could improve on Glenn Ford and Van Heflin??????

Of course that would be the final supreme idiocy, a deserter hiding out in a battlefield.

I haven't seen the new one yet, but I agree on the first sentence.

The Magnificent Seven, one of the greatest Westerns ever.

Some people seem to have no concept of how this works, but I guess that's why I don't tell anyone my real name is Bluebonnet.

Mr. Spearman? How are things out there on the Open Range?

Robert Duvall - Open Range.

Edit: Rats. I clicked on the link and it opened on page two, not three. Just a tad late on that one.

Evidently Hostile's an educated man. Now I really hate him.

I'm your Huckleberry (just watched this movie again Saturday).

Whomever gets this one can have the mayor's horse, barbequed or fried.

I'm the sheriff. And I'm the mayor. No more, Mavs Man, get the water, Mavs Man, clean up this mess. Hot dog, I'm going to declare this a holiday!

I saw this movie hundreds of times, while growing up.

In case anyone did not catch the fact Mav's Man was sharing lines by Mordecai.

High Plains Drifter.

My turn.

Awful lot of law for a little cowtown.
This is the kind of cowtown that needs a lot of law.

I thought it was because I'm pretty.

That movie was running last month on Encore Western, 529 on DTV, speaking of which, the classic Duck, You Sucker is on tonight so set the DVR

Correct, Winchester 73 for those who don't know. Jimmy Stewart classic.

I wish I had that channel.

Fistful of Dynamite or Fistful of Dollars, I forget which that line is from. Not going to look up the channel to cheat. That just wouldn't be me. I'm more like I beg of you; I, I'm your conscience, the small voice crying out in the wilderness, I, I'm your father confessor! I. I'm; what else am I?

Town drunk?

I'd be a bad newspaper man if I didn't know what everybody else in town already knows.

Being shot in black and white in the age of technicolor really set that movie apart. Supposedly that was Spielberg's inspiration for Schindler's List's cinematography.

I actually got college credit for watching it in a Lit and Film class and reading the short story it was based on.

And Duck, You Sucker is the original title of Fistful of Dynamite. Probably the best of all the spaghetti westerns. I prefer the Morricone score in it much more than the better know G, B, and Ugly.

Gotta order the Western channel. Sunday ticket and it are the only reasons to have Directv, well them and NFLN and BTN so get DTV and Encore Westerns.
