3. Peyton Manning could of been our QB today and it wouldn't of mattered.

Not with our porous o-line...that's for sure.

That's the biggest dissapointment for me...the freakin' o-line.

I know Jerry was on the sidelines for the HOF ceremony, but this thought did cross my mind. Still, there's no way Romo goes in without Parcells's consent.
no way? its jerry's team no matter who is the coach

...but I absolutely applaud him for putting Romo in the 2nd half of this game and letting him get dirty. I've asked for it for 3 years. I finally got it. No complaints.

He needs to grow, he's not there yet, but at least he's no longer just a question mark.

I don't know Hos... I get the feeling he bowed to the pressure of the fans. I can't believe someone with his experience really thought this would be the best move.

Romo came in and had to fulfill Parcells' worst nightmares.

Bledsoe's performance was making me sick, but this move was huge, and I'm sure Bill is having serious doubts about how wise it was.

Please. Bill gets crazy about grocery shopping, you think he would stand for in game interference?

Nonsense.

i'm surprised, and glad but this is two weeks too late... should have happened after the bye giving Tony 2 weeks practice... and to start a game so he's not trying to do too much and assisted by our running gme. That way if Romo was inept he could have gone back to Drew mid-season. Now we have 10 games to play (Drew threw away 2.5 of them) and we have Romo as make-shift starter on tough road games AND Drew shell-shocked (probably had another concussion with the TD dive).

that said it sorta serves notice to the team that the season is still here if anyone wants to step up and do something.

I really dont understand how that is proof. What about Keyshawn Johnson?
The only thing Ive heard about him is that the Cowboys attempted to resign him before and after they signed TO.

And you have pointless speculation without even circumstantial evidence backing up your point.

Come on Hos? After 4 years, he still needs to grow? Its one thing when he threw the first Int. But then the next 2 were just dumb, Bledsoe like Ints, Ironically. Heck worse than him actually.

I just don't know, hopefully my feeling here is wrong, but I am thinking we are heading to a disaster of season and not knowing the future at QB at the end year. Record might not reflect it, since end of season, games are favorable to cowboys, so they still might dance around 8-8 or 9-7, but I don't see any upside here that much.

The bad thing is, we might not even pick high enough to get a good Qb either, if Romo experiment craps out.
I asked for this. Now that I got it, I can't gripe about the results. I even said I expected these results. But I got what I've been asking for.

Romo needs to stay in and get most of the reps with the first team. He did some good things, but made some stupid mistakes as well.

There is no doubt this offense showed more life with Romo...no doubt. If Bledsoe stayed in it would have been more of the first half moving the ball no where. Romo moved us and gave us a chance...

We must ride him now...he is our only chance.
