I am Frustrated

Rambo….i sort of respect your dedication to optimism, but let’s not rewrite history here. You spent all Feb/march last year talking about how they can free up money and sign anyone they want. Same thing you’re doing this year.

That means that even rambo was surprised by their do nothing approach last season.
I think now that jerry sabotaged the team just to make mike look bad and be able to
not extend him.
If jerry had signed some of his own and brought in henry cowboys could have made playoffs again
easily, and then it would be impossible to not extend mike.
They had to have a bad season to justify a new HC.

I thought maybe they wanted to tank, but then they tried hard to win games at end, so
they didnt want to tank, and getting rid of mike seems to be the only logical reason for
last season.
I think it all worked out for the best ironically.
I think this new HC and staff is the best we have had in a long time,I just dont know
if they will have a good enough roster to work with.

They chose not to do it last year. This year looks to be a different story. It looks like they will sign several players shortly. It will be interesting to see if they get Parsons signed before free agency starts.

Well I dont know, and I am not counting on anything lol, but FA and the draft will tell us alot.
Fish wants them to free up the 100 mil and use it lol, but I doubt that happens.

You like the rest of us has been led to believe every player on the Cowboys is good. Jerry does a great job at marketing the team but in the end the majority of the team is counterfeit. Only true top players are Lamb and Parsons. The Eagles also have Hurts. The Cowboys could of drafted him but I believe they chose Diggs. What a waste!

One of the less brought up points with our one year "prove it deals," is that it isn't really conducive to buy in. You can end up with a lot of selfish players who are far and away more concerned with padding stats than winning ball games.

Its just a theory, but i think it often leads to more hero ball and less discipline.

You know what I'm frustrated with fans telling me how frustrated they are walk dude take a walk you can go somewhere else the gallows Cowboys do not need fans they don't even know they have let alone are frustrated..

You also want to know what frustrates me is bringing up the eagles again when there's already at least three threads you can find with the eagles name in it unfortunately in a Dallas Cowboys fan zone we're still talking about the eagles get over it get past it or get walking!!!!!

Seriously, we don't need to hear about the eagles there are 31 teams that didn't win the Super bowl there at least 20 teams that are lumped in with we can't even be the Cowboys,

that Little underappreciated run the Cowboys head three straight playoff appearances, winning 36 games, beating those eagles twice for the division, that's something some teams and some fan bases would wish they had because even someone like the Cleveland Browns haven't even won a division since 1989!!

there are worse teams to be a part of I get last year was terrible started off with a Green Bay playoff dismantling we were embarrassed, the season didn't go well too many injuries to get past even if we would have had a better offseason, we were not doing anything you want to example the San Francisco 49ers they're better in the offseason correct they have better coaching staff better GM and they could not overcome less injuries than the Cowboys had and now there's rumors they're trying to move Brandon aiuke and debo Samuels while they're trying to figure out how to afford their quarterback, sounds like the league is just what it is...

So how about we just use what's going on right now pre draft combine the draft coming up free agencies coming up and let's just see how this works out let's just hit the reset button stop looking over at your neighbors do not covet thy neighbor.. It's time to move to the 2025 season and it starts now and like someone has mentioned above at least it's not business as usual they got a brand new coaching staff that seems to be an upgrade in my opinion that remains to be proven on the field they seem to be younger hungrier and more active even Jerry Jones just cancelled one of his get with the media for the combine press conferences he's held forever because they're doing too much work trying to get Osa and JLew signed i'm sure trying to get parsons on board with a new deal..​

Look I like most of that write up,

but stop with the Derrick Henry Derrick Henry didn't even help elevate the Ravens the Ravens didn't even get as far this year as they got the year before then they play in the championship game the year before but I will Henry can we stop with the running backs that could have been added here could have changed anything because it's untrue you cannot go through the Injuries the Cowboys experienced and be successful.. SEE SF...​

but take this into account, MM couldn't even use Rico correctly ,even after it became apparent after the PB game, they waited until it was too late to give him a steady number of carries and use the proper OL grouping and never even used Turpin correctly. I look back at 2023 when TP was over paid and also used wrong, rico should have been the workhorse and TP the same back as hes always been. this was a systemic issue with MM, he at times was clueless how to use the talent we had let alone adding high priced RB..

NO WAY, NO HOW, does henry have the same season he had with the ravens..

Jerry did not sabotage this season on purpose to get rid of Mike McCarthy. That insane he was so gullible and stubborn he believed MM could finish his run of 3 successful years and maybe get it done.. he needed no excuse or fan approval, the fans most di NOT want MM back after the GB loss and for sure just look at the losses the last 3 years to top teams, same results he got buried by the better competition, his offenses took a half seasons to get going and Fans complained about his game and clock management and lost confidence.

you do Not hand your top 2 players record deals if you had sabotage in mind. that's ridiculous, it was injuries and bad coaching that got up to this point. Sure, Jerry could have made few more moves but IMHO none would have help overcome that mess.
