I am impressed with Jerry

He seems to be finally acting like an Owner/GM and not just flying by the seat of his pants.....Maybe the last decade has actually sunk in a little bit.

I do wish he would have interviewed Chan Gailey one more time though. I really like Gailey as a coach and as a guy who can keep the house clean (no off field issues). I like that he was able to take a group of aging players and poor draft choices to the playoffs two years in a row. I would like to see him get a second chance in the league again, even with us.

I can see Jerry doing about 2-3 more interviews before it is all said and done....and then we will get our new HC....

I am sure whomever he picks will get slammed hard....but at least this time when Jerry picked him, he did his homework.
