10. For Amber Waves who "dances for a living" and lives next door.
11. For my mom, who, upon finding that little cigarette in my socks drawer, not saying anything to the old man who would have sent me away up north to the spaghetti growing region of Michigan.
12. For my mom, who once gave me the best flattery I could ever hope for: Son, you're not too good-looking or smart, but you are the best domino player in town!
13. For my sister who never told my folks about those girlie mags in my bottom drawer, an offense that could have gotten me jail time in Utah, Waco and parts of the middle east.
14. For Tom Landry who set the standard in smart hat wearing.

16. For our freedoms that we got through the blood sweat and toil of leading lobbyists
