Criticizing Dak is fine, he's not a perfect player. I'm just going to be honest... living in Texas around certain type of people. Folks rooting for Rush over Dak seems to have nothing to do with football and il leave it at that. Words like "Low IQ" player, and "can't process the speed of the game" just don't sit right with me. You need Dak because at his best he has the ability to make your offense elite and puts you over the top. This is 2022 not 1996, you're not winning a superbowl if you think you can just run people off the field. What happened in 2019 when the Titans/49ers had to throw? Or in 2020 when the Eagles have to throw? I've seen Bill Belichick shut down elite run teams with less than ideal talent. You can scheme up a good run defense if the talent is alright. Also, even if you're running for a million yards. 9/10 running keeps the game close even if you are successful.

It'll all depend on the running game (as it should be). Dak performs best when the scoreboard is in his favor. If we continue the run game, dont face a situation that we need to gamble then we can beat anyone in the NFC.

I wouldn't want to bet my house on it. Even though his stats looked good Dak looked slow and lumbering and he also held onto the ball too long.
Normally I would say it's rust but he looked the same to start the season. And he looked like that to end last season.

Im not causing an argument or using labels on Dak in particular but I suppose this is the Bus Driver vrs Elite Arm debate.

Some QB's who work under pressure and have the arm to fire the ball into tight coverage (Mahomes/Rodgers/Allen), other like Brady have the accuracy. We are lucky that we have the run game that means we dont need Dak to 'push it', play the run and then take the rewards later on as defenses tire.

This becomes a problem when we need to chase the game (and yes we've got KM and his spectacular, sometimes overcomplicated passing plays).

I don't and will not have any excuses. I don't care if he goes for 100 yards, as long as we win even by 1 point. I prefer not to win by 1, but you know how it goes, sometimes stuff just happens.
I know some will be out in full force with the anti Dak treatment. But hey, they won. That is what counts.
