Contrary to popular opinion on this board, I think we'll struggle to run the ball Sunday.

Let's be honest: a huge reason we've been so dominant running the ball thus far is Felix's explosiveness, which we won't have available.

And with a banged-up Barber, it looks like Choice will be our best option. Which is still a solid option, don't get me wrong, but I think Denver will gear up to contain him and force Romo to beat them with Witten and our "questionable" wide receivers.

Most are forgetting that Denver's run D is very solid and they're still a tough team to beat in Invesco. Look for a big game from Romo, not so much from our RBs.

I find myself believing something similar about tomorrows game. I expect Denver to stack the box and try their best to force Romo to beat them in the air. Or at least that's what I'd do if I was Denver...

Run it till they stop it. They aren't going to score much if anything...so just enough.

If they sling it it will be via screens and play action.

If I am Denver, I stack the box to shut down the run and double Witten.

Can Crayton, Williams, and Austin beat 1 on 1 coverage and get open before the rush gets to Romo???

If the answer is yes.......we win the game easily.

If the answer is no........welcome to the world of 2-2

We will definitely struggle to run the ball.
Running the ball isn't as easy as we have made it look and Denver will be geared up for it.
Our RB our hurt.
Tony and the D will probably have to win this one.

I predict a good game for Austin today with at least one big play included in there somewhere. I just think with Felix out they are going to want to get Austin a little more involved.

I think running the football today is going to be tough going but I hope Garrett will stick with it and not abandon it if that happens. If he does I predict it will begin to pay dividends in the fourth quarter and possibly break open a low scoring sluggfest. Play action could be big this week.

Who is this Austin I keep hearing about? Is he on IR/PUP or something?

Like to see them wear them down with the run in the thin air.

My hope is for Dallas to keep doing what they have been doing which is running a balanced attack. Only things that has slowed the offense has been our own mistakes.

I'd just like to see Austin, period. Wasn't he supposed to draw the double teams away from Roy?

After the first three games, Austin has contributed two receptions, one for a touchdown.
