Is the defense so dominant that Rush could bus drive them through the NFC playoffs, then over Mahomes or Allen in a SB? I highly doubt it.

Folks seem caught up in the "defending champion Rams", who have been held to 10 points or less in 3 of their 5 games - not just by Dallas. They're a mess.

I don't think either dak or rush is the answer.
But dak looked horrible against the 49ers and bucs.
So taking my chances with Rush.

If we get to the Super Bowl and lose because we don't score 40 points it's been a very successful season. Far more successful than Dak ever has done.

It very nearly took the niners to the SB last year. So I don't think it's something that doesn't happen in the league today. The Rams had a great offense and a very solid defense last year and barely squeaked by the niners who have a bus driving qb and great defense. We had the number 1 offense and got wrecked by the niners at home because the offense couldn't move the ball. Defense still wins ships, or at the very least has you right there at the end of the year.
