I was curious and did a search on "Dmitri the stud" as the video was titled.

Found a site that claims his real name is James Sears and he was formerly a Doctor who had his license taken away for sexually assaulting female patients.

Olga was a lucky girl he left that first message and revealed just how sick he is.

Frankly, he doesn't sound intelligent enough to be a physician. Then again, Jack the Ripper was rumored to be a doctor.
