I can't believe Lions are 7-2

I can. They've had a solid offense for the past few years now. But this year, their defense is much improved. That's the biggest difference. And Stafford, while still not great, hasn't been so inconsistent this year like he has been in the past.

The biggest difference is coaching. They don't have a tough-talking, superficial buffoon as a coach. Caldwell brings a calming influence and a focus on details. The Lions have always had the talent with Stafford and Megatron at quarterback and a stout defensive line. But under Schwartz, they relied to heavily on talent and bluster and weren't very disciplined. So they'd lose at the end. Caldwell would be a COTY candidate if not for the Cardinals head coach and, maybe, Jason Garrett.

I am referring to how they snapped a few games from the jaws of defeat. They will fold.

I really hope they get a wildcard and we get to play them. It's a weak team that our running game and Tony will destroy.

I think the time without Megatron has made them better team and has made stafford look for something than option number 1. If that continues they will be dangerous. There running game is a little inconsistent but no one is perfect.

They're actually a team I'd prefer to avoid. That DL is no joke. And we know we struggle with Megatron. Even if that was last year's defense, the issue was the secondary more than the pressure in that matchup.

Pick your poison....Lambeau or Megatron/defense?

I would just assume that SF, Arizona and Atlanta can knock them out :D

Ah it's not that crazy with Murray behind the GWoD line, them doing this with Megtron being MIA for so many games is pretty surprising.

Further cements the point that Megatron is the most overhyped player in the NFL. If he's so good, why doesn't he have rings to show for it?
