But you guys are COMPLETELY unbelievable! We're 2-0, we FINALLY beat the Iggs at TX Stadium AND exposed their rebuilt albeit overrated D/ST. And guess what, it's STILL EARLY IN THE FREAKING SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. Extremely happy for the win, gives us a leg up on Philly and wash in the division and we are tied for the lead. With that said, we do need some work and most notably in the cerebral part of the game. We gave them 2 TDs because of mental errors. We can't give up a football field in penalties every week.

no matter how good of a win they get its never good enough for some......THIS IS THE NFL.........the other team have pros too..........there is no such thing as perfect...its just a word

Aside from the PI, what was it 10? They need to tighten themselves up and knock that off.

I bet it was among ESPN's highest rated MNF games so far. I'm giggly thrilled to be 2-0. My wife is about to find out exactly how happy I am for Dallas to be 2-0, in fact...

The Defense was horrible. This isn't the 1st year it's been like this, so the *****ing towards the D is acceptable. Yeah they stepped up when they needed to, but they should've stepped up in the 1st quater when McNabb completed about 90% of his passes.

Do people even know how to read? I said the EAGLES DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS are HUGELY overrated.

Remember we heard all offseason/TC how the Eagles rebuilt that D, and how they're young, fast, athletic, and very, very talented?? Whatever happened to those young trio LBs of Bradley/Gocong/Gaither and their 3-headed monster at CB?? Oh yah-that Asante Samuel was going to pay big dividends to them, eh? Hey I think this win will do alot for the Cowboys confidence. They showed they can step up to the plate when push comes to shove. It's a start. They will have to do it again in the playoffs! We should be proud in the fact that we are playing in the toughest division in the NFL no doubt! That being said, the penalties and a more consistent defense needs to be addressed. Great job Cowboys for taking this one all the way to the finish!

Philly is the one team that matches up well against us in the division. This is the only team in the conference that scares me.

Dallas didn't play their best game and still beat a division opponent (coming in with a lot of confidence after a lop-sided win last week) by proving they can do what it takes when it counts.
Thats really the key. They overcame some big time mistakes including a bunch of penalties and poor calls and beat what may be a top 7 team.
The Philly players won't admit it, but they know this too. It will be in the back of their minds next time and won't help them.

When you consider the fact the we overcame the Eagles, the officials and our own mistakes, you have to be glad with this win. I went crazy after every Dallas score and that relentless sack by Ware. The crowd had me pumped as well.

And don't take Mike Jenkins tackle on 4th down (last Eagles play on offense) for granted. It looked like a simple bump out of bounds, but that was a play that had to be made!
