Garrett Sucks!!!!!!!! What the hell does he do? Does he review gameplans, does he provide a devil's advocate for the game plans, does he demand adjustments, does he talk to players and coaches during the game, does he put Jerry in his place, does he hold himself accountable? What the hell does he do????? I can't stand that piece of ..........!!!!!!
Ranch, you need to come out of your shell and stop holding back and tell us how you really feel........:flagwave:

Garrett is an employee of the owner.

Garrett is tasked with managing the staff Jerrah hired.

Jerrah is behind everything.

Garrett is like a loyal dog.

He knows who feeds him.

The problem is Jerry. Any coach that would put Jerry in his place wouldn’t be hired in the first place.

He is great at season end speeches that sound like what a Pee Wee coach does handing out participation trophies in a rented room at Dave & Buster's for his kids.

This is artistry:

"I'm incredibly proud of our football team. You talk about mental toughness and physical toughness, they demonstrated that the whole year. A young football team that grew a lot over the course of 16 games and a couple of games in the playoffs. I think we learned from our experiences. I think we grew. I think we became a more hardened football team. I think a lot of young guys grew up and they grew up together and those are really positive things that we can build on. The Rams were a better team than we were today. They were. I don't question our effort, our toughness, our fight. Those guys put it all out there and it inspires me. The hair stands up on the back of my neck when I talk about them and think about them, everything they put out there. It's something else. I love the group of guys we have. They care about each other, they love each other, they love this game, they go about it the right way - all things that we can build on for the future."

but its true.. they were the better team. They were running with ease on our strong defensive front. Our oline needs help asap. Better o line won this game. A better o line would have allowed our offense to stay on the field longer and allowed our defense some rest.

He claps very hard and smiles as he gives congrats to the opponent who just bounced his team out of the playoffs...

I had a boss that tried to tell me what to do. I respectfully told him to stay away from my team. I made him understand, Garrett doesn't even seem to try.

Really makes me ill reading that BS.

It’s beyond frustrating and he is the type of coach that gets just good enough results for management to keep him.

He’s already wasted 10+ years and he’ll get 10 more I’m sure.

His brand of football is fantastic at getting mediocre results and our ownership applauds his mediocrity.

10 and 6 is not mediocre, hater!

..no complaints here. Billicheck has the Pats 35-7 not even halftime yet. This **** gets so old, I dont know what to make it anymore. We need HC with new philosophy to implement.
