I read this idiot has been arrested.
Good. He not only put himself in danger, but others in danger from what could have been a really angry bison.

Last October I went out to Jasper National Park and on the way stopped at Elk Island National Park which is known for it's Bison ... they are just nasty looking...

From the article...
Reinke, 55, had been cited for drunken and disorderly conduct in a third national park, Grand Teton, last Saturday and was released on $500 bond that required him to follow the law and avoid alcohol.
If your drinking leads you to taunt a bison ... it time to cut back...
I seen that on the world news. What's scary is the fact he's always intoxicated when performing these acts, which could get himself killed.I can't watch': Man taunts bison in video gone viral

Why can't one of these videos show the animal taking the stupid human out. If you taunt a bison, you are definitely swimming at the shallow end of the gene pool.

Did you say PBR???I'd love to go to the PBR in Las Vegas someday. Bull Riders are some crazy tough people.

LMAO, what a strange quirky thing to do. "Gee, officers, I don't know what comes over me. I get a little too much to drink, I just gotta go to a national park and screw with the indigenous mammals. I need therapy but there is no group therapy for this particular malady". ...follow the law and avoid alcohol. That's a special kind of stupid right there. I guess not much different than bull riders and rodeo clowns though!
Rodeo clowns don't taunt the bulls to make fun of them, they taunt the bulls to protect the bull rider.
Completely different...

Respect the animals, they were here first, we are just visiting.I agree ...
If he keeps it up, one of these days one of those wild animals will take him out. Even the calmest looking animals you need to be careful. 2 years ago in Jasper National Park I was taking to a store clerk who has had several elk charge her, forcing her to take evasive action. In Jasper it very common to see Elk in the town site. All she was doing was going to work ...
I did not mean the taunting part - I meant the putting yourself right in front of a 2000-3000lb animal!

But this guy has a bizarre habit of getting drunk in national parks and getting in trouble. Never heard anything like this, 3rd time in a national park? Is that the only place he drinks? Is he afraid of getting unruly in a bar? "I need the wide open spaces when I drink and plenty of fauna to bother".
lukey, I might be missing something here. I haven't been to a national park in some time and maybe that's a great place to get drunk; however, he's not done a good job of not getting caught. He needs more cover and stay out of the open areas.
He might get hurt if he is taunting someone in a bar. It looks like animals have more restraint than people...
Yeah, and it's weird. Animals can be more humanly at times than humans.
I know, that is weird ... I think for the most part animals are not all that interested in us as a food source ... too many sour people.
