So far The Ticket SUCKS in it's TC coverage. We been waiting all year, and they give maybe 2 segments to it. All Norm talked about was the Strangers and trade talk for Texiera and about Vick. Well, at least it wasn't 6 segments on steroids.

JFE on ESPN was all Cowboys butone segment. And she actually had good things to say, was upbeat and postive. She is even willing to give TO a clean slate and see how it goes this year.

So ESPN is the winner as for Cowboys coverage. Ticket is really starting to suck. What do D&M talk about....cheeseless enchiladas in SA. :bang2:

D&M flatly sucks.

Its like a really bad comedy channel with an occasional generic sports update.

The Ticket is full of guys who think they are comedians or rock stars.

I know it sounds crazy and all but give me a few sports guys.

It sucks that the only choices out of Dallas now are those clowns or Galloway and the old hag of hate. I'm glad we get the dc.com shows though.

if you rely on sports radio for your information you usually are not going to be all that well informed.

I recall a few years ago, I was listening to some show and they were interviewing a pitcher who was scheduled to be the opening day starter for his club that afternoon -- they kept saying "are you excited about what team X is going to do this year?" - he would give answers like "well, I think they will do well, but I'm not really part of that now" - the guys missed the comment and went on to ask "what is it like playing for so and so" -- he says "well, I enjoyed working with him the last few years and I wish him well" Finally, the announcers start to catch on... but they guess wrong "are you saying your manager was fired?" Finally, the pitcher is out with it "no, I am no longer with the team, they traded me two days ago to team Y."

I only go to the ticket to listen to the press conferences and all i hear are these guys *****in and moaning about having it disrupt their show. Can’t stand the Ticket.

Right now I go with Mike&Mike in the morning (though much tougher with Cowboys TC going on) In the evenings I go with GAC cause its the best of 2 bad choices. I occasionally channel surf or get fed up and listen to music on sirius.

If I listen in the midday slots its to the Ticket. I never was a big fan of Dan Patrick and prefer local if they are actually talking sports.
