No doubt, they have had some crazy draft picks and that will always dig you into a hole--especially if you miss on your #1 pick year after year.

But if you watched them last season, you saw a team that has improved and appears as though they will keep improving slightly. But that's fairly easy to do when you are 5-11. let's just say I won't be surprised if they go 6-10 or 7-9 this year. If so, my remark would be correct...a slight improvement.
