I do believe they traded down and were thinking they could get Justin Pugh or Kyle Long and when they both went they decided on the third option in Travis Frederick.

That is PURE SPECULATION on my part but I do believe that if Pugh or Long were sitting there at 31 they would have taken one of those two to be OGs and passed on Travis Frederick.

Again Speculation on my part. Word is they liked C Peter Konz and did not get him when he came out so who knows.

You could be right but I happen to think Frederick is just as good and we got him later and a 3rd

You are probably right. But if we don't land a solid player at 74 and Frederick will be black balled his entire career because that trade will be viewed as a failure.
