I really don't care if we win the Division and/or have Home Field in the playoffs.
This Defense, if healthy, will allow us to play anywhere and have a good chance of winning/advancing.
I just want to get into the playoffs and take our chances.

didn't matter in '07 or '16.
Team health and who is playing the best ball at the end of the year are 2 of the better factors to consider.

They had the team health in their favor last year but those end of season Philly and Washington wins were not anything to measure playing their best ball considering the circumstances.

More like fool's gold to which the 49ers quickly made them aware of.

Yeah, and being the only home playoff team to lose in the first round last year wasn't an impressive look either, lol.

I care, for the simple fact that it means we were playing better and won more games. But as we all know that's no guarantee for a post season success. Best thing is for the team to get into the playoffs on a roll. Defense and the running game are two things that travel well in the playoffs. My hopes are that we are healthy and hot come playoff time, but I do care that we didn't win enough games to claim the division and secure home field advantage. Chalk it up to fan greed;)

I think home field advantage is a much bigger deal for some teams than it is for others. While not getting a playoff game in Dallas may not seem so bad, having to go somewhere else could be

Well that’s nice, but….

They haven’t won a road playoff game in 30 years, only two by a HC not named Landry, and all of nine in team history.

Two in one season only once, in 1975.

Im sure this team can win three just to get into the Super Bowl.

Good stuff.

This defense showed on Sunday night we still have issues against the run and making critical stops. Our D is still a long way from being an elite unit. Great defenses show up against really good teams in big games. What we’ve seen from our defense this season didn’t show up on Sunday night. We still lack physicality. We allowed to Philly to impose their will on us when the game was on the line. It was very disappointing!

Yeah since I seen my first live Cowboy game in 1966.....how about you
