Its really upsetting. Monday was a depressing day as no one even wanted to say we had a chance of winning. Tuesday still the same story, except now Romo is a slacker partying in Chile. The only solice about today is Gibbs retired and left the Commanders with a cap only to be fixed with massive cuts and player losses.
Heres what I like to believe... The media has an attention span of 1 week. If they had a memory of greater than 1 week, they would know they picked the giants both times and lost twice. You'd think they'd learn by the third time.
Nope... They choose to report TO is injured and the cowboys are limping. The cowboys have only scored 32 points in 3 games. The giants are on fire. Eli's testicles dropped and now HES FINALLY A MAN! The giants defense is too good and Romo will be on his back. They want to support the local team.
Cowboy Friendly SPIN:
Players say TO is fine, coaches saying hes injured. Coach is playing possum. The cowboys have been resting their offense last week. The giants beat a weak Tampa Bay team (with a worse record) who made the playoffs and a higher seed because of a weak division. Eli has a ****** so he will NEVER BE A MAN! The giants defense couldn't get that much pressure and sacks on Romo in 2 games.
I fear for the safety of our opponent. The media hype is only making things worse for them.
Just find an alternative source of cowboys media. I enjoy listening to the ticket and DC.com video/audio. Like to watch Around the Horn cause they are real journalists on that show, not clowns like on 1st and ten.
