I was looking over the team website today and noticed soemthing that I havent before.
If you go to the section of "coaches/execs", the person with the first name and picture is Wade Phillips. Right below him is the Jones family with their pics and bios. The rest of the coaches are listed at the bottom without picture.
I just thought it was interesting because everyone presumes Jones wants himself to be seen above all else with the team, but thats not the case here.
