Yeah that was pretty wild.. I was just kicking back at this resort while the wife was in a conference in their meeting room and I glanced over and there the coach was hangin out too.

I'm thinkin Holy Crap. Couldnt make up my mind if I wanted to "pester" him at all and then even if I decided to, if I should go back up to the room first to get something for him to write on if he wouldnt mind. I was afraid if I left he might not be there when I got back.

But anyways, he was.. so I went over, introduced myself, mentioned what he and the team meant to me as a teen growing up in the 70's yada yada.

It was fairly short and sweet cause I was intimidated as hell coupled with not feeling quite right about imposing on him.

When I started watching, I think it was Chan Gailey coaching. When I got really serious about it, Dave Campo was the coach. Even though that team was horrible, it meant so much to me to be able to watch them every Sunday. I didn't care if we won or lost, it was just awesome to see the Boys come out and play.

Too bad I don't see it that way anymore. Win or bust right now.

Yeah thats definitely a different type perspective, Dragon. Kinda rare to have all Cowboys football as you know it to be nothin but mediocre cept what you can read about.

Obviously it's just based on age.. cause ya most everyone can otherwise relate to the winning of the early 90's or anywhere from the late 60's to early 80's.

Hopefully you too can get in on the real fun pretty quick.

Well, we have a very good football team, but it's not the 1992 Cowboys. I suspect you'll feel this way about every game from here to the end. OK, maybe not the Lions.

I live in the Philly market and have seen enough of this team to know that they are not a good football team. They are less talented, playing on the road with their third straight road game. The last two they won were grind-em out type games where they took some physical punishment.

Now if you can't beat a team like that, with the division title on the line, what's the point?

The Cowboys will win, and win big. They'll certainly cover the 7 points.
