I hate how the film industry..

Has taken innocent, likable cartoon characters, specifically the CGI variety and felt the need to make them dance to the latest trash pop hit which is sometimes adult oriented or involves small sexual insinuations. They've done it with the Chipmunks and more recently they've done it to the Smurfs.

Anyone else find this kind of thing irritating?
