I hate hate them. I hate them with a passion. They are destroying the integrity of one game we all love. Look you got caught. Be a man. Admit your wrongdoing and take the punishment and walk away. Don't insult our intelligence with you stupid claims. This is one Sports I want to leave behind to my kids so they can enjoy it as much as I can. Stop it man. Don't fight it. You cheated and you got caught. Don't make things worse. Don't make my kids ask me about deflating footballs, or cheating or else.

You guys are a disgrace to NFL. Not one Superbowl that isn't tainted. 3 Superbowl wins with Spygate and 1 Superbowl win with Deflategate.

Either learn to play this game fair and square or get the heck out of our lives.

I guess we all have lists. The Iggles, Giants, and Commanders will probably be on it for most Cowboys fans.

I don't hate the Patriots, I hate the Eagles. But, I am looking forward to beating them week 5 for the first time since 1996. It would be nice to put a real beatdown on them, not only to get revenge for 2007, but to serve notice the Cowboys are assuming their rightful position once again at the top of the league.

But the reason I started this thread isn't football related.

Pats were my AFC team. Seriously. Us beating them twice made me feel for them. With Spygate. I wasn't extremely mad because everyone was videotaping etc. But this latest incident is totally different. They systematically messed with the balls to reduce the fumbling and to make sure pretty boy Shady Brady could find his receivers easier. God knows how long this goes. Okay let's say they cheated. At least admit it when you get caught red handed. Don't fight it. Don't insult our intelligence. Don't make this number one topic about football. Don't make my kids asking me about cheating etc.

Kraft now makes me puke. Brady and Bellichick. Can't stand them anymore. Seriously. I want them to lose bad, so bad and never make the play offs again.

Absolutely the salary cap penalty for violating a cap that didnt exist. Mara is as bad as Mr Krafty, to cozy with Goodell.

BTW, God would grant you grace if you repented and turned from your Giants ways and boarded the Cowboys bandwagon of light.

That was your first mistake. There is no favorite AFC team or favorite NFC team. You have your favorite NFL team and that is it. I don't care who that is but you only get 1/32. Liking a team is a monogamous relationship. Don't be a sports adulterer.

It is a rare thing that one who is caught will admit to cheating, especially at this level. In such an instance, the notion that they cheated in the first place implies they were trying to hide it. Since they had no moral qualms about cheating - especially when done repeatedly - what chance could there be for them to have a moral change of heart and admit to it? This requires a conscience, but even if one has one, it more so requires an emotional fortitude because it will engender shame, loss of dignity, and an implicit admission that all of the success was fraudulent. The larger the "crime", the larger the fall from grace so to speak, and so the easier the decision not to expose the self to the latter. For them, it would be better to leave things in doubt and not admit to it, especially in cases where evidence can be disputed - even minimally so - than to remove all of it.
