watching the replay when Glenn got the INT, was he down, i saw the chargers trying to take the ball out of his hands, on the replay, and of course i got up yelling so never saw what he did after that, but was he down?

Yo, mittens! It looked like he was down by contact to me. He went over the top to make the int. and was in contact with the receiver....... I could be wrong, though....

based on this picture, he was in contact with Parker prior to the catch. It appears that he would still have been in contact at the time he made the catch, thus being down by contact.

you're not down if your knee doesn't touch, just touching someone else who is down doesn't make him down. I don't think he ever went down, he caught the ball standing up.

What a great pic. How did you get that?

I thought he kneeled down so they would get the touchback?

I was telling everyone what a smart veteran move that was instead of running out of the endzone and risk getting JACKED UP and fumbling.

Your right. I thought he was falling over Parker and didn't notice his left leg was still planted in the ground and he most likely didn't hit the ground. I am glad he had the presence to not let Mcardell strip him of the ball.

After watching my TIVO replay -> He definitely went down after the catch.

No doubt about it - down by contact.
